I’m Elizabeth Estrada, a Cuban American multimedia content producer dedicated to using audio and video to explore and amplify stories about what it means to live in America.

I’m currently the Engagement Editor at WHYY’s PlanPhilly, where I connect audiences with local news about urban design in Philadelphia. I’m also a producer and board member at PhillyCAM, Philly’s public access media station. I’m a proud fellow of AIR’s Claiming the Rad in Radio program and a graduate of Transom’s Traveling Workshop at Allston. I’ve previously worked at the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance, Firelight Media, New York Women in Film & Television and interned at WHYY’s The Pulse.

I attended Ithaca College and The New School University. I’m a forever Queens girl who now lives in South Philly. You can find me around town, strolling with my dog and fiancé, maybe biking and probably sipping a cafécito.
